The Causeway Coast Mixed Golf Tournament played over three of Ireland’s fi nest links courses.

The Causeway Coast Mixed Golf Tournament is played over the Dunluce links at Royal Portrush, the Mussenden links at Castlerock and the Strand links at Portstewart and offers a unique challenge to amateur golfers of all handicaps.

This route of 120 miles of breathtaking beauties takes in the Giant’s Causeway UNESCO World heritage site, wonderful hiddenRoyal Portrush Golf Club glens, superb Irish ‘patchwork quilt’ scenery and breathtakingly uninterrupted stretches of rugged coastline unchanged for countless generations. This being Ireland of course, the 120 miles of scenic drive doesn’t stop at 120 miles. There are countless optional ‘loops’ for the intrepid traveler to tackle, heading into quaint villages, finding hidden glens, discovering amazing views - even shopping!
The route runs right from the outskirts of Belfast, along the famous Antrim Coast Road to the outskirts of the City of Derry taking in the regions’ great attractions including Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, Bushmills Distillery, and the famous Glens of Antrim.
The Causeway Coast & Glens region reminds us of the adage that ‘when God made time, he made plenty of it’ and the Causeway Coastal Route provides some fabulous ‘bite sized breaks’ and makes planning a short stay almost as relaxing as the break itself. So take your time and enjoy it!

Lady entrants must have an official club handicap of 36 or less; gentlemen 24 or less.

The competition is run on a combined stableford system over the three courses. The Tournament Committee’s decision will be final at all times and the Committee reserves the right to revise any player’s handicap before or during the Tournament.

An opening drinks reception will be hosted by Portstewart Golf Club on Sunday 10th October at 8.00p.m. with the main Prize Giving and Gala Dinner held on the evening of the 13th October at Royal Portrush Golf Club immediately following the golf.
